“Love is the reason why this day was chosen by you both to begin your lives together.”

Congratulations on your forthcoming marriage and I look forward to the opportunity to be able to work very closely with you in designing and standing by you as your special ceremony unfolds and develops.  Please feel free to give me a call for a no obligation appointment for initial discussions.  I strongly believe that it is important that you should always take the time to meet with any service provider particularly should you wish to engage them for your special celebration.

Your wedding day is a time of intense personal growth for both of you, a time to explore the promises you are making together and what you expect of each other.

It is a day to highlight and communicate your values on love, relationship and commitment.  My focus is on your ceremony and your values and I look forward to working with you.

In order to design your personalised wedding ceremony, I will want to find out who you are, as individuals and also as a couple, and what is meaningful to both of you.  I will discuss options available to you.  For example - you may wish to honour and remember family during the wedding ceremony, or include rituals from your religious or cultural heritage.

If you have children, you may want them to participate in the ceremony in any number of meaningful ways.  You can select wedding readings or write your wedding vows that reflect your views on love and commitment or your beliefs.  I have a selection you can choose from or you may have one that is already very special to you both.  Working together, we will create a ceremony that will:

  • Tell the story of your courtship and engagement
  • Discover your shared values and interests
  • Keep your values at the forefront
  • Edit and refine the ceremony until you are happy with it
  • Walk through the ceremony at a rehearsal – (if required) it can occur on site.

A meaningful wedding ceremony is only created when the couple thoughtfully choose elements of celebration or includes a ritual that truly and honestly reflects their beliefs and personalities.  For me, it is wonderful to see couples light up with excitement when we start discussing all the available possibilities for their ceremony.  After all, it is your wedding day, so have fun!
